We offer accommodation in a studio of 38 sqm in a beautiful and quiet environment of the village Rataje nad Sazavou, yet undiscovered and virgin corner around the Sazava River, deservedly called the Pearl of the Sazava River.

Studio Equipment:

• 2 beds
• Kitchen equipped with basic utensils, two-plate cooker, fridge, kettle
• Newly refurbished bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
• Entrance independent from the house inhabitants
• South View of the valley of Zivny Creek, a quiet environment.
• Possibility of sitting in the garden (and borrowing the grill).
• Forests, river, sights, calm,…..

Rates:

• One-week stay from Saturday to Saturday: 5400 CZK for the whole Studio (app. 225 €)
• Shorter stays: 450 CZK / night per person - app. 19 € (at the time of holidays weekly stays are preferred)

Price includes lending of towels, bedding and linen.

Accommodation is available from 2 pm, check-out by 11 am.
